DRY - IN PACKAGE

Here is an example of our dry - in package.  Various elements can be changed according to your drawings and the specific area of the country that the building will be located.  Cold climates will require more insulation than warmer climate zones.

EXTERIOR FINISHING

Here is an example photo of our external dry - in package.  The items listed can be customized according to your drawings.  We have shown these particular features because they  have proven to be cost effective to build.  Rafter's can be bigger, insulation can be customized according to climate zones, and the roof exterior material can be customized as well.  Client's are given the choice of how much of the package they want us to do.  For example; we can do just the timber rafter's or we could do the rafter's and roof decking installation only and then let the client take over the rest of the work.

Window and door unit's are client supplied.  We do offer framing of these unit's as an additional option to the dry - in package.   Your carpenter / contractor or window company can assist in the installation of the windows and doors.  External porches material and labor are added  to the walls package price.  Material pricing is constantly changing.  The package estimate is based on the area of the roof and porches.  This is usually different from the main floor square footage.

For the dry - in package, we have the client supply the window and door unit's for the exterior.  There are many different styles, makes, and quality when it comes to windows.  Having the client supply these, allows the client to personalize their cabin or home.  Window trims can be color matched with the roofing material color for a more blended effect.
