Milled log walls, beams, floor joists, log roof framing pieces, as per design drawings. Average wall height is around 9 ft. 6 in. on the main floor.
Window & door openings final cut and sanded.
End trims final cut & sanded.
Construction of log shell on site. Forklift included for Alberta sites.
OPTIONAL SERVICES:
1) Timber rafter's.

ADDITIONAL COST:
1) Shipping of logs to construction site.
2) Crane rental if needed.
HANDCRAFTED SHELL PACKAGE
Log yard construction of the log shell.
Hand peeled pine logs.
Re - Assembly of log shell on site. Crane rental at cost.
Gasket and insulation material.
Window and door openings final cut and sanded.

Min. total project size is a 1,000 sq. ft.
