FLOOR PLAN: The Chalet by RCMCAD
CHALET DESCRIPTION: Main Floor: 24 x 28 / 672 sq. ft.
Loft: 608 sq. ft. Total sq. ft. / 1280
Full walk out basement: 672 sq. ft. / Total: 1952 sq. ft.
Log Shell Features: Lodgepole Pine logs, milled flat on flat with hand peeled natural round sides inside & outside. Post & Panel log wall construction. Wrap around porch with front deck. Carport shed roof system 28 ft. length.
TIMELINE: Log shell construction started in June 2018 here at our yard. Log shell delivery was in June 2019. Dry-in package started in July 2019 and continues from March 2020 by the owner doing the work themselves.
